Due to reasons not depending on the promoters INTERNATIONAL DUB AMBASSADORS from Puerto Rico cannot make it for the final show of the World Reggae Contest. Due to that they were replaced with another artist from the audience voting score – RAPHA PICO from The Netherlands.
